We reduce resource consumption in production processes by using 3D modeling technology. Through the Milk Run logistics system, we lower our carbon footprint by utilizing recycled materials, ensuring the protection of 213,000 trees every two months.

We promote zero waste principles through environmental awareness training. In collaboration with Nivogo, we refurbish unsellable products and reintegrate them into the economy. By 2025, we aim to produce 80% of our collections using recycled materials.

Orka Academy ensures the development of employees into professionals with analytical thinking and environmental awareness. Our training programs are planned based on performance analyses, industry trends, and company goals, in collaboration with expert firms and universities.

Our e-learning portal provides essential training such as orientation, occupational health and safety, as well as professional and personal development modules online. With digital content and online exams, we accelerate training processes while reducing our carbon footprint.

In 2022, 1,205 employees from our stores and 828 from our central departments received training, with a total of 213 employees promoted. Training programs are organized based on performance and technical skill evaluations to prepare individuals for higher positions.
